An outstanding track record of academic success at a top university or business school is of course an essential component of any independent senior consultant's CV. We generally also require members to have at least five years' successful service as a high-level management consultant, and insist on evidence of expertly managed projects. Furthermore, to ensure our consultants can deliver high-quality results wherever you need them to, it is crucial that they have prior experience of living and working in other cultures.
